1. Cancellation of Services
Users may cancel their subscription or service plan at any time by contacting our support team or through the account settings. Cancellation requests will be processed within 48 hours.

2. Non-Refundable Services
Activation fees, profile verification charges, and any service already utilized (such as profile boosts, promotions, or match recommendations) are non-refundable.

3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only for unused subscription periods, subject to review. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase with valid proof.

4. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original method of payment.

5. Account Termination
Upon cancellation, the user’s account and related services may be restricted or disabled based on the selected plan and usage.
